RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Honestly, on our priority we will be giving you no chance for any dissatisfaction because we perform a complete Quality check before shipping any order.
But in case if you are not satisfied with the product then kindly share your concern within 7 days after receiving your delivery and email us at info@mangogiftsstore.com to receive RAN (Return authorization number).
Refunds will be processed once the goods are received in original condition (except the shipping charges). Damaged or altered goods will not be accepted back. It is always recommended to pack the products nicely so that it reaches safely to us. Refund will be processed in same mode as received.
Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
